Conditions of Enrolment

MAKE YOUR APPLICATION 

Complete the enrolement form, stating course and preferred starting date. Send the completed form and enrolment fee of CHF 500.- in bank draft payable to EPAC SA.

PLAN YOUR TRAVEL

See a travel agent about tickets, apply for passport.

ACCEPT OFFER OF PLACE

We will send you an offer of place (only after receiving enrolment form and CHF 500.-).

Contact the Swiss Embassy in your country to obtain the visa approval letter if required.

To accept the place, send us a bank draft for the tuition and other fees. We will send you an official Acceptance Advice and receipt for your payment.

Tuition fees: to be payed 1 month before the begining of the classe 1 year payable to EPAC.

The application for the Permit of Residence for Switzerland will be made only for the period paid. Prolongation of the permit is possible.

SWISS EMBASSY REQUIREMENTS

Take the Acceptance Advice to the Swiss Embassy in your country immediately to ensure your visa is issued in time for your proposed commencement date. The Embassy will give you visa applications and will explain how these are to be completed.

TRAVEL AND ACOMODATION

Let us know your travel details as soon as possible, if you want us to arrange homestay or airport reception.

INSURANCE

Insurance (medical, theft, etc) is included.

PAYEMENT OF FEES

The enrolment fee of CHF 500.- is refundable. Tuition fees, accommodation an airport reception fees must all be paid before you leave for Switzerland or commence the course.  Fees do not cover the cost of travel to, from or within Switzerland.

CONFIRMING YOUR ACCOMODATION

If you have asked us to arrange accomodation it will be confirmed when we receive the arrival date and time of your flight and flight number. We must have this information at least 21 days before you arrive.

It is aggreed between epac and the student that the school acts only as an agent in arranging services requested and cannot be responsible for any claims made by the student or accomodation provider.

REFUND OF FEES

Registration fees are non-refundable

Tuition fees are refunded in full if a visa application is rejected

if a student cancels an application more than 28 days before the commencement date, a cancellation fee will be charged.
No refund is given after a student has commenced a course, except in special circumstances deemed by the institution to be beyond the student’s control.
